I'm not sure if this in the rules but:

what happenes if you don't have enough "resources" to pay corruption?, specivicaly:

a. what hapenes if you consume 2 food and only have one after production (you reduced all but one of your farms (or even all of them))

b. What hapenes if corruption is at -2 when the player has no resources? (because he reduced all his mines)

I do not have the rules with me, so I cannot give complete answers.

Having too little food to pay for consumption is covered in the rules; among other things, starvation will lead to loss of Culture Points.

Having too few minerals to pay for Corruption has no consequences.

How can you be at corruption -2 and have no resources?
Where are those resources? In food?

This seems like a rare occurrence to me. You eliminated all of your mines?? Sounds like game over.

In food. That's pretty easy to do when you build enough farms forgetting to build mines.

A:
You lose 4 culture for each food you can not pay.

B:
If you built too many farms but don't use up the food, AND for some reason you have no mines, it is possible to have to pay corruption.
However, corruption is ALWAYS payed in recourses, NEVER in food. Thus, if you have no recourses (or rock, as some call it), you do not have to pay corruption.

Nope, if you can stage a successful attack on someone and gain resources for that, you can build back your mines. But I have to admit, this never happened to me!
