Does German attrition (loss to being oos) happen at the end of the German 6th action round before the Allies play their 6th action round?

Or does all attrition take place after the Allies 6th round?

The first one. Attrition comes right after your own 6th round for both sides. If the second, it would be a huge advantage to the Allies since they could put Axis units OOS and those poor guys would have no chance to get back in supply before dying.
