Anyone know of a contact email for JKLM Games for replacements?

I just received On The Underground and it seems that the wooden pieces were randomly placed in the box as there are many pieces missing and there are a few extras!

Yes, some colors must be 15 and others 20 and there's an error with the blue and green pieces but in my case i am missing 2 red, 3 white, 1 purple, i have more black, e.t.c

I am also missing 5 thin round markers...

Your problem 'Geo' made me get mine down and check it - it hasn't been played yet. I too had the quantities of green and blue swapped but since it seems that these two colours are always paired it makes no difference I assume. But to my relief the rest are OK. Anyway, I'm sure Markus, who is an enthusiast, will correct things for you.

My copy is complete. I didn't check to see if green and blue were 'switched', but it doesn't matter if they are.

Green and Blue are switched in all copies but it doesn't affect gameplay. I got a reply from JKLM and my missing pieces are on their way!

Thanks, fellonmyhead, for the link to JKLM. My copy was missing the eleven scoring discs. I emailed JKLM via their website, and received my missing discs within a week.

Unfortunately, when I received no acknowledgement email from JKLM's website, I got impatient and contacted Rio Grande for the same discs, via the Rio Grande website. Now I have twice the normal allotment of discs! Oops! blush Apparently, both companies are willing and able to help out.

Thanks go to both companies for the prompt and excellent customer service!
