I played it a few times in 2003ish -- it seemed to have been designed in the last ten years (so somewhere between 1993 and 2003). It involved either bidding on or buying stock in works of art -- the person with the most money at the end was the winner.

That's about all I can remember of it. Any help would be awesome!

It may be Adel Verp? (also called "Hoity Toity" and "Fair Means or Foul")
