Subject: Looking for the name of a game rss

This one is difficult. When the Finnish translation of D&D appeared in 1987, RPG's were something of a hype in Finland. Back then, a board game called "Taistelurekka" was marketed as a role-playing game. I would like to know if that game was originally Finnish, or a translation of an US/English/German game.

I have not played the game, so the following is all I know:

* "Taistelurekka" means a "Battle truck". (Which implies that the game was battling and truck themed, although the translation of the name might not have been very faithful for the original.)
* The game has appeared prior to 1987.
* The game must have complexity over an ordinary "party game" -level so that it can be marketed as an RPG for the uninitiated.
* The box had an image of a truck.
