Exactly one week ago i ordered two games online, received an order confirmation (i.e. thanks for the money), and i've yet to see a shipping email sent out. i did get an email saying that a game i previously asked for is now in stock, but i haven't heard a response to my question of, "When will my order ship?"

Anyone else experiencing anything like this during this holiday season?

Yes. I am anxiously awaiting for Fair Play Games to get back online to confirm the shipment of my Secret Santa gift. Hopefully they'll be back online soon so I'll know whether I need to place a back-up order.
