Re: MANOEUVRE on a hexed 16x21 Axis & Allies Minis maps
COOL! Interested to hear an AAR. Harder to "Form a line" unless using a map with different "hex grain" (turned 90 degrees). Are battles/leaders working well?

Re: MANOEUVRE on a hexed 16x21 Axis & Allies Minis maps
Our gaming group played two games on the 16x21 maps at the same time last Saturday, and they were well received! Great 'manoeuvering' room, especially for the cavalry. My additional rules also worked well with the additional terrain. More decisions to make given the hexed terrain, more so with the rivers, roads, and hedges. I cannot see myself playing much on the original maps - they seem so restrictive now compared to the A&A minis maps (which seem better scaled as well). And yes, battles and leaders (and everything else) worked quite well.
