How do I hold the main deck in place? Is there a contraption? What do you use?

You could always break it down into smaller stacks.

I use a Litko Tall Deck Tray. I think it's exactly what you want.

I have the same problem with this & other games too, why I put one half the deck in the area with the rest & turn the other 90 degrees or put some card not used (like a vulnerability card) on top and just keep that in reserve if the first stack is emptied.

Either this or a tall card box that you can just stack them all in to pull from works over trying to stack them all in one giant pile. Good luck!

If at all possible could you provide a picture of what it looks like with a deck inside? Preferably DC?

Pile some heavy books on top of small stacks of the sleeved cards to get the air out of them. They'll be a lot flatter then and less likely to tip over.

Play the game with children. After a short while, the cards get too sticky to shuffle, let alone fall over.

Actually, the card rack seems like a better idea.

This is the Litko Tall Deck Tray with 114 cards from the base set and 9 cards from the JSA crossover pack.
