Hey everybody,

My wife has tasked me with making Patchwork more than 2 players. I have a very early prototype. The theme is completely different, and some of the mechanics are the same. It has the same feel, with the rondel, and tiles being picked up, and placing it on your own board. But this is where the similarities end. Does anybody know if this "sounds" to close to the actual game to actually happen?

Thanks for any feed back.

John

Largely depends on what you mean by "happening".

If you're playing at home, no a,Lunt of similarities matter. If you're selling it, similar mechanics won't get you sued, but calling it a sequel or using same names for things may.

But anyway it's probably too early to be worried anyway. Make your game first.
