Just got my copy of the game & counter sheet 1 is terribly misprinted (the date of entry for most counters is on their neighbours counter!) I've emailed them & askedfor replacements. I've never dealt with their customer service before so was wandering if anyone had an idea of their likely response times?

Hi - I'm in the UK and had the same problem with counters. Asked for replacements last Thursday evening, got immediate response and they turned up yesterday (Tuesday)!

Already covered in this thread. They have been very responsive with countersheet replacement and (in my case) rule book replacement.

One of the things I did with my counters were to fablon them, which I do to lots of my games stop a lot of the rubbing and wearing
