Question about drifting smoke:

If a white original (large) smoke counter is an open ground hex upwind and adjacent to a building hex, what locations does the smoke drift to and at what heights?

Thanks,

John

The drifting smoke counter is placed at level 0. The smoke fills the same levels as usual inside the building and out.

Basically there is nothing different.

There's an exception, though.

There is no drifting smoke to/from interior building hexes (except rooftops). A24.61

It does not apply to your example, but the next hex upwind could be an interior building hex and then the exception would apply.
