Chess dice. Designed by Aleksei Skornyakov. Copyright © 2009 Aleksei Skornyakov (patent application RU 2009107989).

On the photo you can see a six-sided die (cube). Its four sides has images of chess pieces (first and auxiliary) by two on each side: KB-Knight and Bishop, QК-Queen and Knight, BQ-Bishop and Queen, Mark (red circle)-King, Rook and Pawn. The fifth side of the die is "White", which defines pawns standing on light squares of the chess board. The sixth side of the die is "Black", which defines pawns standing on dark squares of the chess board.
Players roll in turn the die and move only those pieces, which occur on its upper side. In case the upper side has an image of:
1.КB-the player is to move a Knight (chess piece standing first), and if it is impossible (the Knight has no moves or has been captured), the player is to moves a Bishop (auxiliary piece).
2.QK-the player is to move a Queen, and if it is impossible, the player moves a Knight.
3.BQ-the player is to move a Bishop, and if it is impossible, player moves a Queen.
4.Mark-the player is to move a Rook or King(who is checked!) or pawn standing on the light or dark square of the chess board***.
5."White" sides-the player moves any pawn standing on the light square of the chess board***.
6."Black" sides-the player moves any pawn standing on the dark square of the chess board***.
In case the player cannot move the chess piece occurred by rolling, any Pawn or the King can be moved. Beat player, who capture (eat) King of the opponent.
*** -The player moves the pawn standing nearby the central vertical chess board (between vertical "D" and "E").
*** this rule becomes void if at least one pawn of the player is on the opponent’s side of the board.

The pawn may be captured only by a pawn. A piece (queen, rook, knight, bishop) may capture a pawn only in case of check.

Chess with dice on 10×8 board.
Designed by Aleksei Skornyakov.

This game is a variant Chess with dice on 10×8 board. It follows the same rules but it is played on a bigger board (10×8 squares) and each player starts with two kings (yellow mark) and two queens (red mark).

The player, who captures all opponent's kings, wins the game.
