Hi,

I just purchased a starter type kit that came with the WOG Pack and 4 planes, which are Spad Xlll, Spowith Camel, Albatros D.VA, and Fokker DR.I.

I haven't received it in the mail yet, but my question is if there is any difference between the same type of plane?

Ex. After looking on the official website I noticed there were 3 Fokker Dr.I, but with different names and color scheme.

Do they they have the same stats and items or are they different?

Thanks

True for those planes and most others, although there are some where different versions may have different gunnery, i.e. two guns instead of one.

Very true.
You may find differences in armament, sometimes. Very often in Allied two-seaters, less frequently in German two-seaters (some Rolands miss the front gun) or in fighters (there are A-firing and B-firing Haniots, Sopwith Triplanes, Aviatik D,I, Albatros D.II...).
But not in the planes you mention.

Is there a B-firing Albatros D-II?

I did not notice that.

Each type flies based on characteristics of that airplane... Fokker DR1 very tight right hand turn because of motor torque..some armaments differ from plane to plane "A" deck for 2 guns "B" deck for 1 gun depending on when it was flown... the big change occurs with the ACE abilities as all pilots were not created equal.. a great game with a variety of missions and set up!... Enjoy a Great Game!.... I have!

German Albatros D.II bear two machineguns and so are A-firing in the game. But the Oeffag-built ones had a single machinegun, so our Austrian plane fires at B:

Thanks for the info. Can't wait to play it this Friday. I didn't really know much about it too much till I started watching a couple of Youtube videos on it that got me interested.
