Can 2 cargo ships stationed in sea zone 109 load 2 pieces each from Britain on the combat phase for a amphibious assault on thier1st move , move into sea zone 110 , one stop and attack Holland Belgian and the other move its 2nd space and attack Denmark? Also if you are landing a tank can it Blitz Are is this to many moves

Yes, assuming all of those sea zones are friendly (or only the last one is hostile and there are also attacking units that can clear it before the landing).

It cannot. Loading and/or offloading from a transport uses a land unit's entire move. It may not move before loading or after offloading.
