Hey all, I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for (or knows the names of) those little plastic spinners that T'Zolkin uses for gear axles. I am making a game that requires a rotating disc but am having a dickens of a time finding something suitable.

Thanks!

Chicago screws? I haven't played T'zolkin, but I think they'd do the trick.

Chicago screws are exactly what I was thinking of, too.

Other ideas: Use plastic snap fasteners - they turn pretty well, and snap on and off. Or sandwich the "clock" between a couple of plastic washers and join them together with any screw.

pop rivet? they make some special washers for the back side if used on something easily pulled-thru. have experiment on finding the right size.

I play at EPGS on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month and if you live in Eastern PA, Western NJ or Northern DE ... you should too!

Hmmm, I could have sworn that Fantasy Flight offered the ones they use for their dials for Armada/X-Wing/etc. for sale in small packs, but hell if I can find that link/info now. That would be the way I would look to go, if you can.

How can you pass up the opportunity to call them by their more offical name: sex bolt

As others have mentioned Chicago Screws/sex bolts (giggle) are what you need.

I couldn't find any near me so I ended up using the aforementioned pop rivets, which worked, but it was very tight (ie a bit hard to spin). It was ok in my application but not ideal.
