I found one on Amazon. Search for "Bondic UV pen". Used to make flies for fishing.

The Grommet also carries one; might be the same one in your OP.

Been around in the Industrial world for years.

Originally developed to stick "things" to non ferrous metallic boat hulls underwater.

Expensive epoxy with a fancy light unless you need to glue your minis underwater.

Cool idea I just think regular 5 minute epoxy will yield nearly identical results for a fraction of the cost.

Edit:
After looking more closely at this product and price I guess it has advantages for delicate work.

I think theres about 80 drops per pen so 150+ applications.
Not bad considering the stuff won't dry up and go bad while in storage

North Sea Resins only gives its product a shelf life of 1 year.

I strongly doubt the sold on tv copy is a better or longer lasting product.

Epoxy will give you 3 years shelf life in the unmixed form.

4.5 oz epoxy $13.00 for 4.5 oz (aprox 2050 drops or 4100 applications based on your 1/2 drop application.)

Much like super glue, it will work great at first and a few months later?????

Try it and let us know. The delivery / curing device is very handy looking for assembling miniatures.

The convenience may be worth the extra cost.
