I have a Geekmarket item for which an order came in on June 27. I confirmed the order on July 1 and have not received any money or communication from the buyer since.

How long should I wait before relisting? Will this unsuccesful sale be erroneously used in sales/price statistics on the site?

That's a dead sale. I would just cancel it from the geekmarket with the Cancel Order button.

EDIT - When you use the Cancel Order button, you'll be asked if you want to put it back in your inventory, which means back for sale, say yes and it'll be relisted.

I'd wait 7 days, just in case they're absent minded like me. Although, I communicate immediately if I'm waiting for other local gamers if they want what's on their wishlists, so we can combine shipping at the amazing American prices. Still, I email it within minutes of making a purchase, especially with long listers .

Same question from me, I confirmed an order on the 20th so its only been 5 days but the person is a new user and hasnt logged in since the day of the order, I have sent a geekmail with the price including shipping. Worse thing is there are other people interested in the game.

You need to set your own terms. I would communicate a period to hold to the buyer and potential buyers and then go through with your terms.
