Why would anyone pay 8 coin to flip an apartment back to residential?? We played that all the powers on the bottom of cards were available when played. Did we play that correctly or is the cost of 8 coin grant the player to use the flip action to get rid of card and give to opponent back to its crappy residential side? Thanks

When you flip an Apartment, you flip it back to the Residential Area side and put it into the discard pile of an opponent. So not only do you improve your deck, but you weaken an opponent's.

So we played it incorrectly then. Didn't pay the cost of 8 coin just used the action at bottom of apartment card. Explains why it was a weird game! We kept passing residentials back and forth between the 2 of us. Lol
