So I can walk directly in front of a model who is not on alert without alerting them, is that correct? He will not go on alert until his turn?
The same goes for the chaos sorcerer? I can just walk up to him, face to face with 1-4 assassins, hit him with all we have and he will just take it until the chaos turn comes up?

Am I playing this right?

An Assassin moves into a square within the renegade's line of sight."

A Callidus using Polymorphine is like your initial assumption. She could Sprint in front of, or even through the square of a patrolling Renegade without alerting him. Could do the same with an alerted Renegade without him reacting. Polymorphine is fun!
