When building your decks, how many crimes do you put in? Almost every game I've played has ended with all players just becoming overwhelmed with crimes. No one has actually won by hitting the prestige goal because eventually people start to fail when solving crimes, then new crimes come out and then the lead judge starts getting hit with all the prestige loss for the unsolved crimes. This then cycles around until pretty much any player who gets into the lead, then takes a big hit to prestige and the judges are never able to solve crimes at a rate fast enough to bounce back.
This is probably due to just including way too many crimes in the deck, so what's the sweet spot? Just include crimes in your own deck that total up to victory if you were to solve them all and no more? Thanks in advance.
