Personally, with a "big box" expansion allegedly right around the corner, I'd recommend waiting before spending any money on an insert...

I just picked up the Broken Token box insert at GenCon and it's amazing. Setup is so much faster, it's ridiculous. Love, love, love it.

Yeah the BT insert looks amazing [actually love the BT insert looks] but the cost prevents me. I want to buy it, but it's the same cost as a game.

I have a plano that holds basically everything (even in the original (crummy) bland insert. I still bag the cards, but the setup with everyone involved is ready to go in less than 5 minutes [all decks shuffled and everything handed out minus the objectives]

I didn't really have the money but I purchased the Broken Token kit. If you're going to play the game frequently it makes the experience better. If only playing rarely then not really worth it. My 2 cents

+1 for the Broken Token insert.

A friend of mine bought it and it kicks my custom foam core right out of the box.

Plus their custom "Start Player" token is awesome!!!!

Another vote for the Broken Token insert. It simplifies setup and tear down, making the game more fun.

Well, the BT page says The pictures show all cards sleeved in Mayday Premium Card Sleeves (7077).

Which are 2.5" x 3.5" (63.5mm x 88mm), the exact same dimensions as FF Grey sleeves. So by the transitive property... yes?

That's what I did too. But I used the plans from Esoteric Order of Gamers.

If I remember I'll try and upload a couple of pictures.

The answer is, sort of. The biggest issue is that the Crossroads section is super tight. However, you can fit some of them in the very front.

FFG and Ultra Pro sleeves are slightly thicker than Mayday.

See here: https://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/164572/item/4019090

Fantasy Flight: All sleeves are 105 microns.
Mayday: Standard sleeves are 40 microns. Premium sleeves are 90 microns.
Ultra-Pro: Deck Protector sleeves are 110 microns. Perfect Fit sleeves, I have no information for.

I used ffg sleeves and the insert was fine. I think they had two versions of the insert but I could be wrong

Yeah, the first version of their DoW insert was not optimized for sleeved cards, but then they updated it. Any new orders would be the current version that accommodates sleeves.

I have this one but have yet to assemble it: http://www.daedalusproductionsinc.com/product/quick-start-in...
It appears to be really well-made but having not yet used it, I'll withhold my recommendation. I suppose I could recommend researching it and deciding for yourself.

I made the foamcore insert by Esoteric Order and I'm quite happy about it.
