In a 4-player game, if a couple of players have the card that allows you to take 3 chogs or double your chog count, you can run out pretty quick. Are these supposed to be limited to what's in the bank or do we just find a suitable substitute?

I don't have the rulebook with me, but if I remember when the pool of Chogs runs out, you take the remaining chogs from your opponents.

I can check and confirm later.

Limited. If the bank is empty, you take from other players instead (your choice of which player to target).
