I haven't played the game yet but would like to buy everything together and am wondering: how many tokens of each kind do you typically use in a game - guild tokens, wounds, and coins? They offer sculpted versions of each, but how many do you actually need if you want to be able to have everything you use be sculpted?

A kickstarter guildmaster with a goldilocks token pack is usually enough but I have run out before. An extra set of guildmaster tokens took care of that.

I bought 8 extra dice sets. 5 sets are still on pre-order, so I don't know if that was enough.

I wouldn't recommend guild dice... You would need too many and inferno will introduce at least 4 more guilds.

The only reason you'll need more than one token set is if someone gets bomb happy. Otherwise, 1 set is more than plenty.
