I played tonight and ended up with two separate paths leading to the victim. Two for the suspect and two for the murder weapon, both with equal evidence markets. When counting up points, which path should be followed in deciding points?

Hi Tyler,

At the end of the investigation, the player with the badge decides. Here's the relevant rules text from the last page, under "Going to Trial":

"If there are two equal paths between the Victim and a relevant Lead (using the same number of strings with the same total of Evidence Points), the player with the Badge chooses which path is scored and which path is eliminated."

Hope that helps!

Cheers,
Zach

Sweet, thank you so much for getting back to me. It was my first time getting it to the table since I bought it at GenCon and we had fun!
