I have just compared the original faction cards with the updated PnP cards. There are a whole bunch of rewordings (most notably "Gain +1 War Power" is now "-1 war cost") and a couple of clarifications. But I have only noticed two actual rule changes:

Undead level 5: Gain 2VP if you have the most meeple on at least one territory other than your home territory.
(It used to be for occupying a majority of regions on that territory.)

Elves level 4: When you are defending, your opponent's only has a value of 1 for war. The value of your does not change.
(This used to trigger in all wars, as confirmed here.)

Did anyone spot any others?
