My wife surprised me with a gift from a recent work trip. She bought me Arena: Roma II. When I opened it, it was missing the cardboard tokens (money, dice bar, and sesterii. I wrote Queen on Saturday and my replacement pieces arrived from Germany today.

Very pleased with not only their service, but the game as well!

How did you contact them? I'm missing some cards from the first Roma and I've had trouble before in the past getting in contact with them.

Most people received Merlin in september.
It's december and I didn't.

I've tried to contact them for 7 weeks almost
everyday, through the website and email.
Even contacted to Frank Thyben (f.thyben@queen-games.com)
author of Orcs, orcs, orcs.

No answer as their answer...
I've spent 70$ and 7 weeks of my life.

Now I see in this forum I'm not the only one,
so I've decided to write a reply everyday
until they fix the problem.
