Titan Dice in Kickstarter - September 19th!

I've been working on a small project that involves a standard deck of cards and need a name for it. The game uses the four suits to represent four different kingdoms and players are battling to gain the most points for their kingdom. I was calling it "Four Kingdoms," but there is already an entry for that. I'm open to using a different theme if anything stands out. It uses normal playing cards so they could represent pretty much anything.

Here are a few ideas I'm kicking around, but wanted to see if anyone has better ideas or feedback:

Four Realms (tool similar to Star Realms?)
Battle of the Four Kingdoms
Clash of the Four Kingdoms
Tournament of the Four Kingdoms
Four Empires

I kind of dig "Four Kings" since it alludes to the deck of normal cards. Depending upon how the game is actually structured, that name might over-emphasize the King card though...

Best of luck!

"Suits Me Fine!"

Seriously, though... I think you'll have better luck if you can avoid the word "Four" in the title. You could try for some options based on things that are commonly counted in "fours". Some options:

Royal Corners
Kingdom Corners
Battle of the Elements
Siege of Seasons
Quandrant Quandry

(Can you tell I like alliteration?)

Thanks for the input! I actually considered this when brainstorming names, but the king card plays a specific role and it is not necessarily the focus of the game. This could still work though.

Thanks for the rules -- we may playtest this Friday! It has several nice mechanics.

Based on the Rules, and the fact that this is a battle played with a standard Poker deck, my new suggestion is:

War for Four

Four Castles: I like the pun even though it makes no sense since this isn't a naval game.

I don't think it sounds similar to Star Realms.

Update

After some testing, this twist was added: If a player scores more than 24 points for the game, they automatically LOSE. This has a fairly significant effect on the game because players must be more selective in which champion they retire. Also, even if you can't seem to get cards of your own suit, you can cause another player to bust. Because of this, the King cards become even more important. Remember, the winner of a battle *must* retire two champions from that battle (if possible) if there is a King present.

Players may be tempted to retire a 10 and a 9, but if they do, the highest card they can retire after that is a 5. Anything higher, and they lose instead of win.

Also, player keep their retired champions secret. If there is a situation where they decide which champion to retire, they keep that choice hidden.

UPDATE:

Rules have been updated with some minor changes. Players "bust" above 21 points instead of 24 (gives a Blackjack feel and is easier to remember). Added the Joker card, which causes players to discard a champion if they have more than two and then re-shuffles the discards into the draw deck. Both of these changes make for more interesting decisions when choosing which champion to retire.

Can't help it I love myself some (bad) puns, so I'd make that:
"Four the Realm" or "Four the Kingdom"

Sort of "retiring". isn't it?

Makes way for interesting artwork for those who like customizing as well...ninja
