I recently found these pieces amongst some of my old childhood stuff - I remember these pieces from a game that I played at my grandparents' house but I have no idea what game it was. Anybody know?

I do remember having to spend them to stay alive but that's about the extent of it. I would have played it around the mid-1980's.

Yes! That's the game. Of course, looking at the pictures on the Geek, I realize that I never actually played this the way it was intended to! I recognize the board but my grandparents' old copy must have seen its cards lost back in the '70s as I don't remember those.
