After dozens of game, my shield agents and troopers look deplorable. i do not want to sleeve them, since in my country i cannot find fitting sleeves and ordering them online would be too expensive. is there any way i could clean my cards to make them look acceptable? if not,i might have to consider the possibility of buying villains...

Since these are paper cards, all you can really do is wipe them with a dry cloth (microfiber would probably help a bit). Do not put any liquid on the cloth!

Something to consider is that certain expansion cards call for shield cards specifically and the starter cards in Villains are of differing names and faction. Not that they can't be house-ruled, but something to think of if you're playing with newcomers!

I had a problem where my agents and troopers were beginning to stick together due to oil from skin.

I used a bag of flour and it worked like a charm.
