Sadly Lookout dropped out of the production. For further information:
German version?

Is there any news if another publisher will pick this up?
I am still thinking about whether to buy the German or English version of this game. I would prefer the German version but not if it will not be continued in further expansions

You can't just buy the English version and mix it with your German base game. The back of each tile is different in the English and German version.

Thank you for the information. With "game" I meant the base game. So my decision is to whether start off in English or German.

Just put all tiles of the current stack into a bag and draw from it if needed.

That's the way it should work.

I think I will just buy the English version.
Better than being stuck with a mixed version shake
