What happens when you lift a piece only to isolate multiple clusters where there is more than one remaining cluster of the largest size. In a three player game it is easily (although unikely) possible to have 3 isolated clusters where two are of size 6 and one is of size 5. Do both largest clusters remain and you only remove the smallest cluster? What if there is only one of the largest size, does only the smallest cluster get removed and the second largest and largest remain. What happens if multiple clusters are of the smallest size once isolated. Does only one get removed or both get removed?

Hi there, I am the author of Exago. Where there are two islands of the same size, the person who created the islands gets to choose which one is removed. So, in your circumstance, any smaller islands are automatically removed first, then the player gets to choose which of the remaining islands are removed. There can only be one remaining.

Kind Regards,

Mark Forsyth
