going off my last post about the combo... Three people got the combo and are hoarding resources in their warehouses. We continue to not have any of a resource to place when restocking at the start of our turns. What happens? Demand discs? We just drew another card.

In my response to your other question (http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/1441272/storage-office-e...), I noted that the unlimited capacity of warehouses was an unfortunate side effect of a last minute change before going to press. This can lead to a situation where there are none of a specific good available, both in stock and on the board.

In this situation, if you go strictly by the rulebook, you will put demand disks in the city. (Special case 2, pg. 5) (Also note special case 3.) However, with no goods of that type on the board to pick up or in the stockpile to restock, I would recommend that you draw a new card instead.

Again I apologize that this slipped through into the final product, and would recommend you play with a limit of five goods in a warehouse.
