Five players (Adrien, Martin, Nathalie, Marc-André, Pierre) and a game to end the evening, the choice is Ra. We never argue long when we ask the players what to play to end the evening.

In the first round, Pierre bet early and he did the right thing as 6 out the next 12 tiles were Ra tiles. The other players then bet fast and they used high sun to gain 1 or 2 tiles only. Marc-Andre had great suns (12-15-16) to begin the second round but they were no use when 4 of the first 5 tiles were Ra. So, as in the first round the players began to bet high for some tiles only. As an example, Adrien bet his sun 14 to gain 1 civilisation tile. To make things worse, disasters tiles were included in the only interesting series. Martin took the chance to wait until the end for some intersting tiles and he ws lucky as the last tile was a civilisation tile. This was one of the worse beginning of game we ever had, there was almost no tiles in play at the beginning of third round, apart Nathalie who had some buildings tiles. Pierre began to bet early in round 3 and made some interesting gains with some Nile, Flood, 3 different civilisations and many buildings tiles. This put him back in the game since he had only made 1 point in round 1 and 2. He did the right thing since many disasters tiles were then picked and the same story as round 1 and 2 happenned when the ra tiles were picked quickly.

Marc-Andre finally won the game over Nathalie. His constant scoring in each round was very important. It's tough when you don't score at all in the first rounds and then have to make a great scoring in the last round to catch up the leaders. Again a great game and the most important is that we had fun.

Final scoring:
Marc-André: 35
Nathalie: 34
Pierre: 29
Adrien: 28
Martin: 25
