As I've been inventorying my collection, I came across a copy of what appears to be some kind of reprint of S&T 19 with the Blitzkrieg Module System.

It's in a clear crystal-type plastic sleeve, has 4 pages of blue and pink color paper countersheets and a cardboard stiffener along with what seems like Xerox single-sided pages.

The cover page has REPRINT on it at the left side of the page and its slightly above the middle of the page.

Is this a copy of a copy or was the SPI reprint Xeroxed?

I think if it's printed REPRINT, then it's an official SPI reprint.
But it's hard to say if it's a xerox of an official reprint someone made.
They did sell the Blitzkrieg Module System separately for some time after issue #19 came out.

Yes, that is what you did have, and I don't feel so bad now since mine were also Xerox copies as well, made by myself from the original too. whistle

Thanks.

I guess what I'm asking is whether the official SPI Reprint was "reprinted" by them using copy machine technology instead actually reprinting the issue on real printing equipment. I don't want to offer this thing for sale to someone and unknowingly say it's something it's not.

I suspect an official SPI reprint would have been printed using an offset press, not a copy machine. Guess you'll have to take a really close look at the printing on the sheets, and if any are misaligned (which I think would be more likely to happen if it were being xeroxed).

That's a good clue. And, based on that, I'm quite certain this is a copy machine copy with the countersheets just printed on colored paper.
Thanks!
