So it seems this game has a pretty big footprint, but how big exactly?
What would be an estimate time to getting the box out and starting turn one?

And will you make it to max level in one campaign?

Well if it's anything like GD, 30+ minutes

Setup should be a little quicker than GD, but still pretty involved. As for max level, I believe it's totally possible to reach max level in a campaign, although there is a level cap until you reach Act II. Leveling is much more consistent here than in GD.

I feel like the KS card trays will help a lot. Like that is really a strong bonus in my eyes.

I'm worried sleeved cards won't work in it though

They've stated a few times now that it accommodates sleeved cards.

That's great news! Thanks. Speaking of, do we have card sizes?

The vast majority of the cards are the miniature ones (fit the FFG yellow "mini American board game" sleeves; not sure what these are called by other brands, since I don't have any on hand to test). There are also "tarot" sized cards for the enemy offense AI (one of these cards per color/type of enemy).

I'm not sure of the exact measurements, since the prototype components are hand-cut rather than being actual card stock.
