Simple question: The rules say that, when drawing cards, you are not allowed to change the order of the cards. Why is this? It shouldn't matter because the left and right are always the same and you cannot gain an advantage by reorganizing them, can you?

Hi Masis,

Order makes absolutely no impact on play. Could you point out the bit of the rulebook you're referring to?

I interpreted the following sentence as suggesting maintaining the order:

"New cards are added to the end of a player’s emotion row (so that the
newest cards are farthest away from the cover card) and spread according
to the existing perspective."

There are at least couple of places, where the rulebook mentions order over and over. I've asked about it, too, here - https://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/1453812/rule-questions.

Ah, Sebastian I saw your post but I overlooked the fact that you posted the same question in your last post to that thread.

No problem, we're all entitled to have the same questions, after all :). At least yours brought Yannick's attention, so a good thing.

I think this piece is only to tell "don't lose time organizing your hand, just put the new cards at the end of the row".

I played this 2x this evening, winning on 2nd game, and we were both confused by the 'order of cards' being mentioned TWICE in the rulebook.

A was convinced we had missed something but it's a shame to hear there are some rulebook issues with this otherwise lovely game.

My interpretation is this: after cards are splayed, you're not supposed to look and see what color the hidden half is. Adding cards to the end of the row instead of, say, organizing them by color, makes it less likely you'll accidentally see the hidden half of cards.
