One of the big joys I get out of gaming (besides, you know, playing games) is the spatial aspect of organizing my collection. To that end, I always combine games and their expansions into the same box, if possible. My preference is always to put everything in the expansion box, since it's usually smaller. Anyway, all my reorganizing has left me with some big empty boxes laying around. I don't want to get rid of them, because more expansions might come out that make me need them again. So, a solution. Game box lids as cubicle décor!

Has anyone else used board games to spruce up their home and/or office?

That looks tacky.

Pete (thinks he's really, really funny)

Looks like a nicer than usual way to be boxed in.

Maybe a more modern look and stick with boxes in a theme, the same game, or a similar size that look good together. Because, the way it is in the pictures it just feels like it was thrown up with no purpose.

Are you crazy! What? Where did the game go? How awful to lead the chits, meeples, and other poor innocent pieces down the garden path and separate them from their homes.

gulp

Hahaha... I love it though. Nice idea.

Is it a problem that my first thought, upon reading the title, was "Cat Storage"?

This is where I put my cat when we play games. He curls up and sleeps for an hour instead of trying to run across the board.

Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars, where you will be forced to drift aimlessly farther into the vast, empty abyss of space until a lack of food, water and oxygen causes you to succumb to Death's cold embrace.

I can't be the only one hoping this was a picture of Rick flair in the bgg app.
