A call might work for you and I don't know what is going wrong on your end (I am not having trouble on this end with the MMP page)...however, this appears on the MMP company page on consim...
If you are using IE and experiencing problems getting items into MMPs shopping cart, try this, it seems to work fairly well:
Go to "Tools" Select "Internet Options" Select "Advanced" Scroll down to "Security" Ensure items "Use SSL 2.0","Use SSL 3.0",and "Use TLS 1.0" are all selected with an X in their box.
Perhaps it applies to your situation?
