The game seem really great.

But whit a static board, races and static starting location, What's the replay value? Will they have some kind of tactic that will always work better than other for each race?

The board and starting faction locations are static, but you won't always have the same factions in the game (unless you're always playing with 5 players), you'll have different objective cards, you'll have different global bonuses for building placement, and you'll have a different player mat, which will affect which of your actions can be done on the same turn.

The player boards are two parts. One tied to the faction (Faction mat) and the other works with any of the factions (player mat).

So each faction can be played 5 different ways from the get go depending on what faction/player mat combination you have.

Plus there are several objective cards and each player is only dealt two, so that will steer you different ways depending on what you get each game (assuming you pursue one of them).
