For scenarios that have non-starting room tiles already set up, does the first adventurer to enter one of those tiles still trigger the explore effects?
For example, in the Da Vinci's Macchina Diabolica scenario, several of the starting tiles have explore and adventure/misadventure effects. Do those effects trigger, or are they ignored?
We actually considered having that mechanic, then reconsidered and decided it would be hard to track. Therefore, they're all ignored. Unless it's a Trap Tile that's out from the start, no other triggers would happen for "Exploration" tiles.
