I tried a game like this and it was quite fun.
Basically you decide all random factors in the game,
including offer spells and artifact rewards, as well as monster
tokens drawn, tiles, mana die rolled, and deed deck cards drawn. But without doing anything illegal like using more than one mana without mana draw, etc.

Doing this I was able to get a score of 426. But Im sure that would be an easy score to beat.
It also involved destroying two megapolis in one turn at the start of round 4 using time bending.

Its fun because while it is cheating, its also based on what is "possible" with one in a million luck.

Just thought I would share this because it was fun, maybe someone can get over 600 this way.

You're still far from the optimal solution

Edit: That link uses the standard 5/8 level cities. If you are interested in the maximum score with any city levels, try an infinite city. You'll end with infinite fame!
