So I've got this sure thing money making bonanza. Combine Euro mechanics with Zombie theme, capture the Zombie fanboys and the Euro-nerdlings and make cash hand over (decomposing) fist.

My problem is: Do I make my game from the Zombie or anti-Zombie POV? A pro Zombie game would have the players making tough decisions about where to assign their worker zombies to harvest the best crop of brains (do you go for quantity over quality, keeping in mind the point salad victory conditions, etc etc). The anti-zombie version would have players maximize their zombie elimination engine while taking into account the risk of lowering their protection structures and losing valuable meeples.

Or should I do both? Except that would risk having too many messy confrontations and "take that" mechanisms. I don't want my Zombie game becoming too hostile and alienating the care bear clan. (Wait, Zombie Care Bears...?)

Also, the title? Zombicola or Terra Zombie? ZO2?

Obviously (?) I did this is a joke. But now I'm wondering: Maybe someone should actually design this game. I'm already visualizing mechanisms...

There was a knock off of Farmville for devices called Zombie Farm, where you grow crops and zombies both, then send your zombies to invade various enemies.

The only perspective you should take is one from above, as you drop this thing off a roof.

Someone is tired of zombie games.

There are actually some zombie euro style games out there already. Probably best to pick something that hadn't jumped the shark years ago.

I now want to play a trading game where you drive an armored vehicle between survivor outposts, post zombie apocalypse.

See, arriving at a location attracts zombies, which increases the demand for your goods, but too many zombies causes the whole outpost to collapse... Oh God, I'm scaring myself.

That doesn't sound like a bad game, seems part Mad Max and part 28 years later maybe?

One doesn't ask for an Eurogame and then complain that it's ugly. You might as well ask for a glass of water and then bemoan that it's rather damp.

My favorite Euros are pretty. I think most recent Euros are at least decent looking, clean spare lines etc. Few are outright ugly. (And those I probably won't want to play.)
