1. When the union is defeated in a coastal fort via a land attack......where do surviving SP's go??? Do they take a ship to another friendly port or do they surrender?

2. For regular standard movement, do railroads have to be friendly or can you move through mountain passes and such on enemy controlled rail lines?

1. Union units that must retreat from a Coastal Fortress are eliminated.

2. Railroads do not have to be friendly controlled to use them for regular movement.
