Hello i would like to buy a good dice based game and here are what i am looking for:
Suite to both gamers and non gamers
Clever use of dice
Not fiddly
Nice flow and not too much AP

Here are a few titles on my radar( in order of preference):
Poseidon's Kingdom
Alien frontier
Script and scribe dice game
Artifacts

I already have and love discoveries.

Kingsburg but you will need the expansion for the best experience

King of Tokyo and New York are usual suspects.

Alien Frontiers is good game but as a "gamer gamer" I so dislike its ending mechanism, its basically no play for me.

Roll for the Galaxy is great for gamer. But non-gamers will struggle with it.

The usual family dice recommendation. Can't go wrong unless you're looking for more complexity
...
in which case The Castles of Burgundy is also a nice family game if you're ok with very little theme

Also this recently came out: Tiny Epic Galaxies is nice, quick and almost fits into a pocket so good for trips :-)

This will make it twice in a single week, but I'll recommend Escape: The Curse of the Temple

It's a real time dice fest so 0 downtime.
I never played it with kids, but Tom Vassel mentioned on the dice tower that his kids loved it.

Lords of Vegas

2-4 players
Easy rules (4-page rulebook)
Great components (besides the paper money...the insert is also wrong)
Completely opened-up trading options
Expansion available (also adding option for a 5th player)
E Area control, dice rolling, tile placement, trading

Lords of Vegas was featured on ►TableTop

+1 Escape: The Curse of the Temple (hectic real-time action)
+1 Las Vegas (super light)
+1 Pandemic: The Cure (nice dice-based adaptation of Pandemic)
-1 Roll for the Galaxy (too heavy for newcomers)

El Gaucho uses the dice drafting from a pool mechanic in a family game that can also be played by gamers.

Garden Dice

The dice rolls restrict the actions you can take. Really good family theme, and it is easy to drop the Rabbit and Bird if you have younger players, or just want the game to go faster.

I highly recommend To court the King. It's a great progressive dice rolling game that in purely dice rolling -- you roll dice, use those rolls to buy abilities that give you either more dice or ways to manipulate those dice, and keep going until someone gets 7 of a kind (and elects to trigger the end game).

In its current rendition it is OOP and a bit costly, but I believe there is a reimplemention due out soon that includes some additional optional rules from the original designer.

And it is very straight forward with a minimum of rules -- very easy for anyone to pick up.
