Subject: A curiosity about units with 0 FP rss

Why in this game units with no FP can attack? This change completely the "flow" of the game... i.e. multiple fire with 0 units.

There are 0 FP units in all the titles in the "Storm Over" series. Most Russian units in Stalingrad are 0 FP. They are either fodder cannon or, at least, you can hinder the enemy with them. And you can always be lucky with the dice or use the divisional bonus....

In SoS and in SoDPB you cannot attack with 0 FP units...
Ok for the divisional bonus.. but if you have three (or more) of such units you can roll the dice three times if they attack individually.

so why this change? imo is a major change in the "Storm" series..

Actually it's a good addition. It gives a lot of "free" attacks to the Germans. Then, the allied player need to quickly end all his impulses to try to end the turn (pass) and deny these free attacks. Time pressure. It works well.
