I've never played it 2vs2 before but my group wants to try it this weekend.

I went over the rules, but wasn't sure, on the start of your turn in a normal game, you roll and assign 2 dice.

What happens in a 2vs2 scenario?
Do you let each person roll two dice?
Or does each partner roll only 1?

The rules mention doubles in the free for all, I wasn't sure if it applies to the 2vs2 as well.

Also, is there no way to win by GGs in a 4 player game?

I'm a little late with a response, and in fact I believe these questions have been answered in another post. However, here goes:

In a 2vs2 scenario, each player rolls 2 dice for Tension on their turn as usual. The player can assign the dice to any team member or take a Refund as usual.

In a 2vs2 scenario, the team reduced to zero GG or has all characters KO'd is the loser.

In a 4 player free-for-all, a player wins if he has all the GG or all of his opponents' characters are KO'd.
