Hey guys

Before I start cutting, sticking and cementing I am just looking to clarify some things.

First of all this is the list of components given in the box:

Kingdom Death: Monster Contents - Miniatures
- 4 x Starting Survivors
- 1 x White Lion
- 1 x Butcher
- 1 x Screaming Antelope
- 1 x Kings Man
- 1 x The Hand
- 1 x Phoenix
- 1 x Watcher
- 1 x Unarmored Armor Kit (Creates 4 Survivors.)
- 1 x Rawhide Armor Kit (Creates 4 Survivors.)
- 1 x Leather Armor Kit (Creates 4 Survivors.)
- 1 x White Lion Armor Kit (Creates 4 Survivors.)
- 1 x Screaming Fur Armor Kit (Creates 4 Survivors.)
- 1 x Phoenix Armor Kit (Creates 4 Survivors.)
- 1 x Lantern Armor Kit (Creates 4 Survivors.)
- 2 x Bonus Mystery Miniatures
- 4 x Starting Survivor Heads for Armor Kit customization
- 9 x Assorted Survivor Heads for Armor Kit customization
- 150+ Assorted Gear for Armor Kit customization (Every weapon in the game represented!)
- 10+ Masks
- 10 x Stone Face Base Inserts
- 34 x Kingdom Death 30mm Base + Insert
- 6 x Kingdom Death 50mm Base + Insert
- 1 x Kingdom Death 100mm Base + Insert

Am I reading this correctly that you get 4 base survivors plus another 7 x 4 survivors (from the armour kits from each boss)? Should I build all 32 survivors individually?

Also how are people storing the miniatures safely, as the box doesnt appear to be able to support them at all?

Many thanks!

35 figures including the two intimacy figures on the Antelope sprue and the 5th Lion Armor Figure. I am building all the armor figures as complete armor sets. How you want to do it is all up to you.

I'll be building it this way:

4 Starting Survivors
2 of each Armor kit (1 Male, 1 Female)

The rest of the kits will go to custom survivors for those who really stand out.

I am going to keep my figures on a shelf somewhere, but the ones I know I am going to interact with during my next session will be in the box. The Phoenix, however, is the only exception. That stays out regardless. Too awesome to keep in a box. devil

I built all of mine a while back, and now I just store them in the miniatures kit box on top of everything inside the main box. It makes it easier to open up one place where they are laying flat, and pick through them.

I'm not worried about foam or anything, because I am always careful moving things around. The only problems is because of the card headers, and a chit tray, the box top doesn't close by about 3/4".

The problem is the phoenix. Fully assembled it is too big for the box. So he makes a good guardian on top of the game box.

What's the 5th Lion Armor Figure? Does the Lion Armor kit make 5 minis! I'll go and check now.

It's more like 5 1/2. It also looks like some of the expansion armor set have parts that would finish the 1/2.

The lion kit makes 4 figures plus everything you need for a 5th except the arms. I used a pair of the rawhide kit to complete the last figure.

I haven't put them together yet so maybe I'm somehow miscounting or misunderstanding the pieces, but aren't there 6 sets of arms on the lion kit? Arms A-L.

Looking at the sprues, you are correct. Now that I remember, I didn't use those because the 5th male and female torso are "topless" except for the hands over the chest, and I felt it wouldn't look right having armored arms on such a figure. Thanks for correcting me! I knew there was a reason why I went with rawhide arms on my archer......
