Given the much larger board (and pretty much new everything), I am looking to self-upgrade to some bigger, better minis. Any comparative examples out there to match each character? In particular, I'd like to replace the traditional Dracula mini with the 1920s Nosferatu likeness. But there seems to be a surprisingly small number of minis created in this image, at least in the size I'd need.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, those suggested don't look much better than what's in the game. And more importantly, they're still the same scale if I'm not mistaken. Hoping for larger scale along with superior quality. Perhaps even something done in polystone or some other medium.

Reaper Miniatures may help -- it sounds like you want 25/28mm figures. Here are some options:

Dracula

Van Helsing

I'd actually like to go 40-50mm if there's something out there. Even busts would be an option. Been searching but so far nothing is jumping out.

Those are pretty nice, especially Van Helsing. Dracula too is an improvement.

Just so you know, I believe Reapers minis are metal minis, so take that into consideration when thinking about using them on a game board. You might have to put some kind of softer base on them so the playing surface doesn't get marked or damaged over time.

Thanks for the ideas! I was researching this the last few days and just bought the Reaper Dr. Watson for Lord Godalming before seeing this (I'm going to use green stuff to make a taller hat and turn the cane into a map) and Van Helsing that you recommended.

For Dr. Seward, I'll be using this Reaper mini and will cut the card off and try to give him a cross/crucifix:

For Mina, I will use this mini below. I used her for Belle from Colt Express and you can swap out the arm with a fan with an arm with a small pistol, so I will do that to match the art. I thought about the one you used because she looked nice, but I didn't want her to have an umbrella.

For Dracula, I just bought the actual Dracula they sell:

Good luck painting yours! I've never liked the FoD 2.0 or 3.0 minis (I was disappointed that they didn't resculpt them), so I'm excited to use these.
