Hi, I have played the "Gazala" scenario twice and it seems almost impossible for the axis to have enough time to get one of the cities mentionned as a victory.

And the CW has no real problem to stay without moving and win.

Would'nt be better to add Bengazi as a victory city for the CW? This way it would seem more even for both players.

Not for the CW. The goals are the same for all the scenarios.

CW:

Occupy Mersa Matruh, Bardia and Tobruk

Axis:

Occupy Bardia Tobruk and Benghazi

or

sudden death victory (impossible for Gazala): Occupy Alexandria and Cairo

I think the Gazala setup is pretty favorable for the Axis. You have a good chance of taking Bardia on the first turn, or you can surround Bardia on the first turn, and force the British to fight to get more units into it. Certainly can prevent getting a infantry brigade in.

You can also get inside the Tobruk perimeter on the first turn, necessary for the short Gazala scenario. For the normal end game scenario, cutting Tobruk off and sieging more slowly can also be done.
