According to the rulebook the raptor mother can only move in straight lines, does this include diagonal moves as well?

The artwork kind of hints towards only horizontal or vertical movement, it just would be nice to know for sure...

Thanks in advance!

"Two spaces are considered to be neighbors if they are orthogonally adjacent. Diagonal adjacency is NEVER taken into account,
neither for moving, nor for shooting."

Just to clarify for mother raptor killing/eating ability the rule book uses the term "neighboring space" I assume this also excludes diagonally adjacent tiles ?

Second bullet point in General Rules:

"Two spaces are considered to be neighbors if they are orthogonally adjacent. Diagonal adjacency is NEVER taken into account, neither for moving, nor for shooting."

Yeah, it's my understanding that the word diagonal doesn't even exist in the Raptor universe.

Thanks. What threw me off is mother Raptor "killing" isn't considered "moving" or 'shooting."

Could have been worded better - if it were the examples alone I can see how they might be misconstrued - but NEVER in all caps is unequivocal.
